Breed to Succeed

Breed to Succeed

Harness Breeders Victoria has developed a series of eleven seminars with the aim of increasing knowledge and capacity of breeders across the state - we look forward to bringing these to you live each week from Sunday 28 June but all sessions will be available in a library on this page after they have first aired.

Each seminar will be presented on Facebook Live (on Campbell's Comments and shared on our own Harness Breeders Victoria page) and be available on this page and our YouTube channel soon after. You'll find content on our Twitter & Instagram, and can add to the conversation, with the hashtag #BreedToSucceedVic.

There will be a number of prizes and giveaways for members who tune in LIVE and contribute - ten bags of quality Barastoc feed for each episode PLUS a general member draw for weekly sponsor prizes, so make sure your membership is up to date and your alarm is set! Winners will be contacted by phone and email - if no response is received within a fortnight, a redraw will take place.

We welcome questions on each topic both during the live stream (leave your questions in the comments under the Live feed) or by email by the Thursday prior to any upcoming episode. Note not all questions may be able to be addressed during the seminar; where it's not possible, one of the HBV committee will be in touch with a response.

The planned schedule of Breed to Succeed is as follows but given the unique circumstances, may need to be altered - we will do our best to provide updates if this occurs. Each episode will be available on this page (scroll to bottom) and on YouTube after the Live screening.

To be in the running for Breed To Succeed prizes, make sure your MEMBERSHIP FORM is in before 6PM each Saturday. All members in before 1 Sep go into the draw for a free service to The Storm Inside or Great Success - see the Membership page for more details.
