- Individual Membership. $66.00 (GST inclusive).
- Associates. $11.00 (GST inclusive).
- Note: Associates do not receive Stallion Guide or Track Bred & Applicants becoming Members agree to abide by the Rules of Harness Breeders (Vic) Inc.
