Bookings for advertising space in the 2018 Australasian Standardbred Stallion Guide are not open - please contact editor Peter Wharton today to make your booking.
If you are a stallion owner, broodmare farm operator or any business who wishes to be seen by more than 6,500 breeding fans this season, then you can't afford not be in the 2018 Australasian Standardbred Stallion Guide. The Guide is a highly anticipated publication that is distributed free of charge to every registered breeder who has been active in the last two seasons plus the membership of HBV and WASBA. Additionally, copies are available from every state headquarters and primary race tracks. The popular online edition of the Guide will also be produced again this year on our website.
This year, the Guide will have an official launch prior to the start of the breeding season at the Australasian Breeders Crown Super Sunday race day and will create even greater exposure for the Guide and the breeding industry. Significant additional awareness for the Guide is generated each season with the Search for a Star cover photo competition, which will be launched very soon.
We're excited to continue to make available new page formats available in 2018, along with a number of discount packages to advertisers booking multiple pages.
Booking forms and rate tables with further information, terms and conditions will be made available closer to May.

The publication is limited to a set number of pages and bookings will be reserved on a first-in-first-served basis.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to issues with ongoing non-payment and late payment, the HBV Committee set a new payment policy in 2017 to ensure the future viability of both the Guide and the organisation.
All bookings require at least 25% of the total invoice amount to be paid upfront and any accounts that are outstanding by more than 60 days must be settled in full before advertisements will be released for publication.
Additionally, advertisers who failed to meet these terms in previous years for either Stallion Guide or Trackbred will be required to pay 100% of their booking up front before being released for publication.
